This section answers the most common questions new users hit while adopting the platform and removes ambiguity from the core workflow.

What happens if users click Enter System or Browse Jobs while signed out?

They are redirected to Login and cannot access protected pages without a valid session.

What if language is switched but some content still appears in English?

Refresh once or revisit the menu. Some AI outputs may still show prior cached language responses.

Where can I generate a Gap Report?

Go to Jobs and click the Gap Report action on a matched job card.

How do I report a bug or request a feature?

Open Feedback, choose a category, and provide details with reproduction steps for faster triage.

Will my candidate data disappear if I join a recruiting team?

No. One account supports both areas. Use the account menu to switch between Candidate and Employer at any time.
