One Google account can act as both a candidate and a recruiting-team member while each data set remains scoped to its purpose.

Open the account menu and choose Candidate or Employer to switch areas and save the preferred sign-in destination

An existing candidate can create an organization or accept a team invitation sent to the verified Google email without losing profile or application data
